Based in Toronto, Ontario, the CDS Group is not a prototypical private equity group. We own, lead, and operate each of our businesses with a “hands on” approach to all aspects of the business. As a result, we operate our businesses with the same core fundamental and ethical principles that Cyanide Destruct Systems Inc. was founded in 1986.
Today The CDS Group has operations in six distinct businesses in three provinces/states in North America and serves customers in over fifteen countries throughout the world.
